The MX-4 Touch Evolution, brings the power that a jeweller would need for immediate use. The MX-4 Touch Evo has 4 holders so a range of micromotors can be stored and the control unit senses which handpiece has been attached, the storage of the handpieces on the side of the control unit means that makes storage easier and makes the top of the bench clear. The Badeco Carbon Series is a remarkable piece of Swiss engineering, this micromotor gives you unstoppable torque at low speeds, which is perfect for stone setting and drilling.

This Micromotor has a 465 Rotary handpiece with a 2.35mm collet with a quick-release function allowing burrs and drill bits to be changed easily. Turning the handpiece a quarter will release the burr, without the need of a lever or a wrench. This handpiece has a 2.35mm collect that is most common in the jewellery industry.

Details

The control box of the unit allows a variety of different operating modes, the speed can be set manual using the centre speed control dial. The far left toggle swaps the handpiece between hand or foot control. The toggle in the centre swaps the rotation between forwards (clockwise) and reverse (anti-clockwise). Far right toggle switch controls how the foot control is operated, when the left toggles are set for the foot control and the central dial is on but in any position this toggle can be used as a variable speed control or a set speed.

The 465 handpiece is a lightweight yet solid, it fits perfectly in the hand allowing continuous stress-free work. This handpiece has quick-release function that allows the burrs and drills to be quickly changed, this has a 2.35mm collet installed, this size is the standard for the jewellery industry.
