GRS EasyGraver Sharpening Fixture is based on the standard geometries are based on the profiles that hundreds of engravers and jewellers use throughout the world over many years.
This EasyGraver shapener has been developed to help new engravers consistenetly produce accurate sharpening results, this also has been developed to help professional engravers to save time and increase profitablity by saving time and getting consistant result.
The tool geometries are limited to the model which is either marked 105° or 120° V-Point gravers, the post assembly is not included. Post positions are clearly marked, post position #1 and #2 are for truing or reshaping the base of a graver for a 120° or 105° V-point. The side positions #3 and 4# are then used to sharpen a parallel heel. The next step the center postion is used to sharpen a face angle and adjust the heel.
