Lampert FUSION centrifugal casting machine is perfect for one of design as it casts a single ring at a time. The unique design allows a ring to be cast without the sprue being needed, this means that sentimental gold can be used without any wastage. The molten metal flows directly into the ring mold, this means that 100% of the metal ends up into the finished ring.
To use the Lampert FUSION Casting machine, set up the casting machine by connecting the power supply, connect the inert gas and set up the flow rate. Once the height and the width of ring rail a releasing agent or soot needs to be added. Select the number of revolutions which is dictated by the amount and alloy being cast. Once all this is set up, melt the metal until it molten, pour the metal into the rotating mold. When the mold has cooled the ring can be removed from the casting machine.
