Lortone C20 Commercial Tumbler is a heavy duty all metal rotary barrel that can hold 20lbs in weight. This barrel is great for all jewellery including bangles.
This is a heavy duty rotary barrel is built to last, with all metal construction, rotary barrel built to last. The barrel container lifts off 2 rotating rubber lined spindles to allow easy loading and unloading of the shot and your work. The hexagonal barrel measures 7.5" (187.9mm) in diameter and 7" (177.8mm) deep. The maximum processing weight of this barrel is 9kg including shot, approximately 3kg of shot is recomended. This barrel is quiet and easy to opperate using the On/Off switch, to make emptying easier this tumbler has a built in handle
Barrelling can be used to polish, deburr and texture your jewellery pieces simply by varying the media used. Steel shot and barrelling powder works well to produce a high shine. Use cutting cones and powder to deburr your items first. This method can also be used to create a light matt or textured finish.
