Legor Kliar Line nano-ceramic is a bright coloured e-coating which is intended for decorative finishing purposes, this solution has a yellow colour that is similar to 18ct gold. This e-coating is infused with nano-ceramic particles which are undetectable by the human eye and these particles give a metallic feel to the item that has been coated. The Kliar e-coating is more abrasion resistant and a depth of 5-20 micron can be achieved.

The Kliar Line is suitable to be used on any conductive metal, the work coated with the nano-ceramic are hypoallergenic and tarnish resistant. The process of using the Legor Kliar is as easy as plating, a higher voltage is needed, and the coating needs to be cured in kiln or an oven. This process bonds the nano-ceramic particles to the metal, creating a brilliantly coloured overlay which is durable and has improved resistance to both UV light and corrosion. The colour of the solution is dependent on the colour of the metal that has been coated, the hues of tones can be changed by varying the voltage in the coating step of the process.
