Legor Neutralizing Salts is an acidic blend as most surface preparation agents are strong alkaline, this solution eliminates any residue of the cleaner that remains. This step is important as if any of the degreaser is left on the work it could alter the pH of the plating solution making poor plating results. 50 grams of the salts are mixed into distilled water to make up a litre of solution.
