The Betts Group's multi-tester for diamonds, Moissanite, ruby, and sapphire offers precise and efficient testing with user-friendly features. 

Multi-tester tests diamonds, moissanite, and ruby/sapphire, with a unique system where the top of the tester lights up in different colors for each result, eliminating the need to read scales or LED indicators. Each result is accompanied by a characteristic beep, making it easy to use without constant visual checks.

The tester is ambidextrous, and after a quick 20 to 30-second warm-up, it provides results within 1 to 2 seconds.

A built-in UV light, activated with a switch, offers enhanced reliability when testing Moissanite.

The tester can handle stones as small as 0.02ct (2pt) and operates best between 18 and 27°C (64 to 81°F), though it functions down to 15°C (59°F).

It’s powered by a PP3 battery with an optional 9-volt adapter and features an auto-shut-off after five minutes of inactivity.

Accessories include a fitted case, carrying strap, stone-holder, polishing cloth, and a simple note pad system for recording results.

While over 95% accurate for diamonds and moissanite, users should be aware that readings for ruby/sapphire can overlap with other stones like topaz and chrysoberyl.
