PEPETOOLS 6" DESIGNER SERIES GUILLOTINE SHEAR
The Pepetools 6" Designer Series Guillotine Shear has innovative features and an intuitive design that makes it is a versatile workhorse.
Unlike horizontal style guillotines the perpendicular handle allows the use to maintain full control of the cutting process. This guillotine has a large 7" feeder table that doubles as a mitre box, this has laser engraved lines that are at 0° for a straight line, 15°, 30° and 45° to make angled sheet easier to cut.
The 6.25" blade allows 6" sheets to be easily cut, this blade is manufactured from high grade tool steel that is heat treated to 45-50HRC. On the receiving side of the guillotine can be adjusted to cut as little as 1.00mm to 6" (152.00mm).
This guillotine can cut up to 16 gauge (1.29mm) fully annealed and hard materials up to 18 gauge (1.02mm). This guillotine is not designed for ferrous metals.
The wide 6" cutting blade in this guillotine is a A2 tool steel blade, which is hardened and to 65HRC with a compound angle to increase torque while providing a clean cut. The adjustable backstop allows repeatable consistent material lengths, perfect for cutting bangles, bracelets, cuffs and much more.
This guillotine has a small footprint, machined from solid carbon steel mounted on an aircraft quality aluminum base. This guillotine has a black oxide finish, laser engraved mirte table with self lubricating o-lite bushing which makes a tool that will last a lifetime.
