This innovative Carbide Soldering Pick from PepeTools is designed to make soldering platinum easier. The long, rigid Tungsten Carbide tip has been precisely ground to a sharp point. The StayCool aluminium handle has been engineered to dissipate the heat and keep your hands cool during the soldering process. This pick has been tested to withstand direct contact of an acetylene torch for over 5 minutes with direct contact of the heat to the carbide tip and the user will feel no residual heat.
